Kochi-Muziris Biennale” An installation tracing the politico-economic history of black pepper across centuries — from Roman-era currency to colonial trade routes — using wooden Kerala harvesting ladders, vials of spices, ship fragments, and maritime artifacts. Sail-shaped fabric panels embroidered with maps chart the Silk Route and the Golden Road, centering India’s role in connecting Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and Europe.
